How long can I keep my Mobile Home on the Park for?
New Mobile Homes are permitted 12yrs from the time of purchase.
Used Mobile Homes are permitted up to 10yrs depending on their age at time of purchase.
Are dogs allowed on the parks?
Most parks do not allow dogs or pets however some do allow dogs including Curracloe Holiday Park providing they are kept in your mobile home or on the deck and are walked off the park. It is best to ask each individual park about their policy in regard to dogs.
Can I sub-let my Mobile Home?
We don’t allow sub-letting of Mobile Homes, although your family is welcome to stay in your Mobile Home once we are informed in advance.
Do I have to buy the site?
No, you don’t. You are investing in a Mobile Home with the right to occupy the chosen site for the length of your tenure, providing you pay the annual site fee as requested and abide by the park rules.
If I decide to leave the park, how do I sell my Mobile Home?
Selling your Mobile Home on site is not permitted. Please let us know if you wish to sell your Mobile Home and we can provide more details of the procedure. You may sell your Mobile Home privately off the park.
How long can I use my Mobile Home for?
Most parks are seasonal and our parks are open from March to October and you can use your Mobile Home as much as you like during the open period.
Can I visit my Mobile Home when the park is closed?
Emergency access during the closed season can be obtained by phoning the park manager.
What rights and obligations are there?
Your rights are all contained in the licence agreement and within the park rules. A copy of the park rules is supplied to each licence holder and may be obtained from the general office.
What about maintaining my Mobile Home?
You are responsible for all service requirements, maintenance and washing the exterior of your Mobile Home. We can provide advice and the names of contractors who undertake such work if requested.
